Welcome to the updated Sustainable Neighborhoods Application Portal.

This portal is used by advocates to submit inquries for multiple Sustainable Neighborhoods programs.

Important Reminders

- Enter the borrowers email address and complete borrower information when filling out the inquiry. YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A UNIQUE USER NAME (NOT THE BORROWER'S EMAIL) - DO NOT USE AN EXISTING ACCOUNT.

- After completing the portal inquiry, upload the Registration Packet for the applicable program, along with all required supporting documents.

- You may save your inquiry and return to it later. However, the inquiry must be formally submitted for us to receive and review it.

- Inquries that are started but not submitted within 30 days will be automatically deleted.

Current Active Program
Heirs Property Protection Program (HP3)- active as of 7/8/26

Please be advised that HP3 is a pilot program with very limited seed capital. As such, we expect at this time to be able to assist a small number of homeowners in need. Applicants will be processed on a first-come first-served basis upon receipt of a completed application including all supporting documentation. In the event of oversubscription, a wait list will be created pending additional capital funding, and the portal may be paused.

Inactive Program
ERMA: Effective October 15, 2025, the ERMA application portal is closed. The portal may reopen if additional capital becomes available and the current pipeline is resolved.
